A Good Celebrant
What Makes a Good Celebrant?
At every wedding I strive to make sure that the highest standards are adhered to. I believe that the professional quality wedding is one that I have carried out with:
- Decorum and with a dignified manner in keeping with the occasion.
- Friendliness and personal warmth so that everyone will feel the joy and love that is a natural part of the perfect wedding ceremony.
- Respect for the bride and groom, and for all the guests, who deserve only the best of good manners and courtesy.
- Punctuality and a sensitive appreciation of the important roles that others have to play on the Wedding Day (Wedding Reception Staff, Photographers, etc.)
- An eye for detail so that everyone involved knows exactly what is to happen, and when it is to happen, and everything goes beautifully on the day.
A Fully Professional Celebrant
My clients are always pleased to find that I am readily available to meet their detailed needs. Being a celebrant is my only occupation. Hence I am nearly always available when they ring and it is very easy for them to make appointments with me to facilitate the planning. This is important to couples who have to meet busy schedules.
Other ceremonies I offer are: Naming Ceremonies, Commitment Ceremonies, Wedding Anniversary Ceremonies. In some cases, I have conducted many different ceremonies for the same family over the years.
